Our board learned at its April Board Meeting that a gigantic billboard has been proposed for the residential neighborhood of Pennsport, our neighbor just south of Queen Village. The billboard’s location would be just 6 blocks south of Washington Avenue on Front Street and would be seen for miles. Pennsport is vehemently opposed to the billboard. The SHCA board unanimously voted to support our neighbor Pennsport in opposing the billboard.
